Who we are?
Sibelco is a privately owned company that produces and sells a wide range of industrial minerals worldwide. As global company with over 200 production sites in 41 countries, spread over 5 continents, we employ more than 10.000 employees. As a diversified industrial minerals group, we supply minerals to a variety of  industries. Our minerals are used in a vast range of applications, including glass, ceramics, energy, metal and casting, functional fillers, construction, water treatment, animal  feeds, flame retardants and many more. What we look for?
If you want the beginning of your career to be with an organization that is committed to the community, the environment and making a difference through their people then Sibelco could be the start of your journey. We look for recent graduates or candidates with one or two years of experience coming from technical fields such as engineering, chemistry, geology, biology as well as commercial and finance, to fulfill positions within the countries where Sibelco operates.
 

What we offer?
We offer those joining the program during one year, the opportunity to gain working experience in a functional discipline, e.g. operations, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain in your country. After successful accomplishment of the 1 year graduate, we would like you to join Sibelco in the country and function where you are located.

Our selection criteria includes: motivation, teamwork, capacity to work in an International environment and fluency in English.

Your application is expected by 31st of May 2016 at the latest. Retained candidates will be invited for first interviews and online testing during the month of June 2016.
